BLIGHTED PROPERTY This needs top priority. This burned down house is a hazard, eyesore and has been reported countless times. It's a dumping ground for trash in front off and inside of! and squatters have chained themselves into the property. Street residents want answers why city has stalled on this.

Can't make an owner clean up a property when they're dead.
This issue will be resolved imminently. The land is for sale as a probate sale, so clearly the previous owner is now dead and I expect the buyer to clear the land and develop it.
