I believe the top picture is a different address and appears the screen is ripped which as long as window is functional does not violate any type of city ordinance, also the bottom picture was the wrong address but i found this property one street over. Left a 10 day warning sticker to cut alleyline and advise them to call public works dept to pick up brush that is present and after.

All these photos were taken of the property at 6518 Marshall. If you look along the North end of the property you will see the broken windows which is a concern since I believe the property is vacant and can be access for anyone to enter. Down toward the garage and on the alley side of the garage which is west you would notice all the overgrown weeds and garbage. Looking threw the broken fence the back yard has too also be an eye sore to the neighbors.

Marshall already has a citation for a court date due to grass, weeds etc. Alexander one street over was the property referred to above by myself. Sorry for the confusion

Broken out window on north side of home should be boarded up. Easy access into a vacant home for bad people to do bad things in.

Board up company should be out anytime now if its not done already, I have determined this property to be vacant and abandoned, neighbors were taking stickers and it was causing confusion during determining the status of the property. Also, city contractors will be out to cut property.
