Customer called back again she is not happy at all that this has not been taken care of, she had reported this back in August and I told her that someone had put a note in the system on October 8th that the issue was incomplete and hopefully someone would be out there to take care of it this week. She stated that if it was not taken care of this week that she was going to take her complaint higher up.
