These culverts never flooded until the builder of the homes at 810 and 812 Nicholson improperly graded the lot, installed unpermitted parking pads altering the shape and size of the ditch (which the City made them remove) and installed rain gutters which all drain to the front ditch. The problem is the ditch at 810 and 812 Nicholson. It floods and the run over water floods onto my property (806 Nicholson) and floods the sidewalks and driveways at 800-806 Nicholson.
