Rental property at 3201 Wellington has weeds growing in virtually every crack in the sidewalk. The landlord was out a few weeks ago to cut down the waist high weeds in the back of the house but did nothing to remove the weeds growing in front and on the side of the property. The landlord also doesn't remove snow in the winter. Need CLIP or SWEEP to come do something about this eyesore. My wife and I started to pull some of the bigger weeds but stopped when we found a used needle in all the trash that's collected in the dead leaves and weeds.
