After a review of this area, the City of St. Paul does not own any of the lights at this playground. If this is a private playground (not owned by the city), you will want to go to the owner of it. Otherwise, you can try to contact Xcel at: 1-800-960-6235 to see if this is one of their lights. I will close the file out as there is nothing further that I can do. Thank you and have a great day.

This is a tot lot owned by the city, park and rev department. The city just installed a new playground I think you need to review this request. This is located at the corner of Stinson and Chatsworth.

If it is within the actual playground area, then Parks and Rec would need to be notified. Public Works maintains the actual street lights. I have contacted Gary Korum with Parks & Rec Operations regarding this light.
