I reported this issue last year. the house is vacant. No one goes there. the front door to the porch is wide open. The vines completely cover the front of the house. the back is a mess of overgrowth nearly covering the garage. There are broken window on the second floor. Send a city crew out and bill the owner.
Neighbors make and effort to keep their property up!
