Description

The intersection at East 22nd & Upland Sts., in Chester City, PA is a very, very, very dangerous area. For many years I have asked our city officials as well as PennDot for assistance with getting CAUTION lights or Approaching Dangerous Intersection signs but nothing has happened. WE NEED HELP!! Thank you !!!!

The issue HAS NOT BEEN FIXED -- there continues to be on an average of 2-3 accidents per month at this intersection. I have recently obtained the telephone # for Councilwoman PORTIA WEST, my next step is to consult with her to try and come up with a plan of addressing this very dangerous situation.
