The water is coming from an irrigation pipe I believe.
The propriety is 107/109 Bainbridge
It's a steady flow.
We haven't had enough rain to warrant what's coming out

Joe it is not portable water we tested it the other day when we were out there so there is no water leak. Although I am aware of your concern and we will look into it further to see if we can determine what is causing it but definitely not a water leak.
