National Grid had given me a service order # 19968937 in July to have this street light repaired.
I will report this issue again today.

Please note that the city of Everett is unable to repair street light outages as the poles are owned and maintained by National Grid.
However, we will gladly contact National Grid on your behalf to request that the street light be repaired. Once National Grid notifies us that they received our repair request, you will be notified through this application and the issue will be closed.

Please allow 7-10 business days for repair pending outages and weather conditions. We do appreciate your time. National Grid is backed up with these orders, with some weeks away from resolve. The order has been issued, however.
