Deskripsyon

2 large dead oak trees on neighbors property have been dead for 3 years or more. Limbs continually fall during storms damaging my fence and landscaping. Is there not a remedy through a city ordinance?

The owner has been made aware of the problem and a report with a letter requesting compliance with our ordinances goes out this week. The dead trees will have to be removed. We will follow up on the issue to ensure compliance. Thanks
