Oakland Public Works should be using their resources to address issues like this one rather than sweeping both sides of 2nd Street three times a week. Please adjust your priorities to meeting our needs!

So at what point doe's the stolen property issue kick in. There are at least 10 waste managements bins. How about if waste management cannot keep track of there bins then have the City fine them for illegal dumping.10 x $800. The City of Oakland and waste management need to do a complete audit to account for all the the stolen bins and the all residents and business's that do not pay for service. It would pay for its self.
