Description

Someone has taped many fluorescent signs around Capital BLVD heading south into the city of Raleigh. Hard to make out what they say. Looks like a protest or something. They have been here for 3 days now. They are distracting and some have peeled away and are trashing the side of the road and blowing into the road which is quite dangerous.
