Can we have an update on this? The metal is still in the roadway and I turned this in two weeks ago and it was there for a couple of weeks before I turned it in.

I apologize for the late reply. Street Maintenance Division emergency response staff checked this location. An unknown entity has drilled a core sample hole in the road and covered it with a 4' X 8' metal plate for safety. Pending a determination of who the responsible party is and when repairs will be made, the metal plate will remain in place.
