Twice this morning I was driving on Western near Russell Road. The first time, I was heading westbound toward Clarendon Road and passed through the intersection when it was a green light. In my rearview mirror, I saw the flash of the red light camera as each car passed through the intersection. On my way back eastbound, I saw the same westbound-facing camera taking photos as each car passed through the intersection.
