I noticed that more homeless encampments are springing up around the site of the future temporary Transbay terminal. Last night as we were walking on Main Street near the Charles Schwab building a homeless guy encamped in the bus shelter ran up to us screaming that he was going to kill us. He continued to follow us for half a block screaming threats at us before we eluded him.
I would advise caution to anyone walking near this site, especially at night.

what i would like for your community to do is
create pressure for the shelters and services providers to
treat the homeless in a fashion that would humane to people needing help
and run efficiently many people are turned away when shelter beds sit empty
i see food that rots when people are not told the can have enough to eat
i would like some of the your people to
come to the meetings about the homeless
the local homeless coordinating board
and
the shelter monitoring committee
the people that want better shelters
are being over ran by people that
fight for the right for the homeless to
do what ever the homeless want
and the service providers
some of which
have a history of exploiting the homeless
for sex , money and self gratification
