Grass doesn't get cut. Trash not cleaned up. One side of street privately owned and city does not make them cut grass. Copper heads and black snakes hide in high grass. Day care children and neighbors walk along this street. Not safe. Not to mention the cans and broken bottles on the sidewalk and in the high grass.Property value in the neighborhood decreased.
