Description

There is one sign on the west side of the NJ Ave bridge. Although it photographed well, in reality it is faded and hard to see. But during today's Nats - Orioles game, parking enforcement was out ticketing and towing. If you are going to enforce regs you need to make the law clear. If the signs are confusing and illegible, there should not be ticketing.
