Description

Broken glass and other debris in bike path. Really bad on east, especially near recycling center. Between Rice and Front. Better on west but still bad.

Also, for the Connect app, could there be something about bicycling, or debris in road/path? That's 99% of what I report and I just don't think this category heading is a good one, and I think it's the only one I feel I can use.
