Citizen called regarding a bulk pick up in which she put in back on 07/06/2015 and it hasn't been picked up. Citizen informed that it is a tree limb that has been cut into pieces and some branches . items are located on the N Riverside Dr side of her home between the black top driveway and the alley entrance.
