As baker road becomes substantially more traveled since its opening from newtown rd to witchduck, there is a pretty serious potential for an accident when trying to make a left turn off of De Laura lane, The problem lies with the fact that you cant see cars coming from the right until its too late and your already out in the roadway. That sweeping corner just before De Laura lane when coming from Newtown rd is blind. And usually the vehicles are traveling at a higher rate of speed than the posted 25mph. whether your an experienced driver or not, this intersection can prove very difficult especially during busier hours of the day. Im sure its been complained about at least once before, but with peoples disregard for the speed limit, its going to continue to cause problems. Im sure the traffic engineers can figure something out, whether it be a light or stop sign.
