This issue is the result of removing a privately installed ramp in the gutter at the property. Replacement ramps are not provide by the CIty of Dunwoody as it would deter drainage within the gutter.This issue will need to be resolved by the homeowner.

A ramp (consisting of a 4" diameter PVC pipe covered with concrete) was previously installed because of the excessive height of the roadway surface. While this made the transition for vehicles more manageable, it resulted in runoff from the street flowing down our driveway and eroding our yard and undermining the driveway itself. A homeowner should not have to install ramps because of the road surface height. How tall should the roadway surface be above the bottom of the curb? If it's within tolerance, then I guess I can try to come up with some other fix. But if it's not within tolerance, then the City should provide a solution.
