Description
The street light on 2709 Richmond Henrico Turnpike turns off and on during the night. Also the street light in front of 2713 Henrico Drive does the same thing. It'll go dark anywhere from around 7pm to 11pm and then it'll turn back on in the morning. It's as if they are set backwards.

This situation with off-on-off-on utility pole lighting at 2709 Richmond Henrico Tpke has been formally resubmitted to Richmond Street Light Management via Richmond High Priority #191051 Non-functioning Street Lights so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
