Cars are cutting thru S Midland at high rates of speed. Many in neighborhood have complained and nothing has happened. There are many children playing are they waiting for one of them to get hit by a car before they do something

kids are not playing in the street. There is a curve
and many times they are going to fast and swerve up on the lawn. Maybe people should slow down.
