Advise owner the feasibility of project would be difficult and expensive. Would also involve improvements on adjacent vacant property to the rear at the owner's expense. Would have to get right of access onto adjoining properties in order to get into the work area and make improvements on the adjoining properties. Also advised NCDENR and Army Corp of Engineers would have to issue permits because of the length of stream that needs to be stabilized. Owner will check on some more information and let me know if he wants to do anything.
