Description

These pot holes in front of my house at 4627 Kensington Ave, Richmond, VA 23226-1310 are getting worse. Every time a vehicle passes it throws gravel and mud on the parked car. Gravel strikes the side of the parked car, while mud flies across the windshield all the way from the pot holes to the passenger side of the windshield. I can no longer park in front of my own house.
