Deskripsyon

Offensive and unsightly graffiti is displayed on portions of the long fence that runs parallel to 132nd Street between 92 and 88 Avenues. This unsightly mess is apparent for all to see as they enter or exit our fair City, hardly the type of welcoming mat any city might champion. This stuff was painted this fence two years ago, so one simply can't help but wonder when the mess might be cleaned up? Thanks.
