Pouring of a driveway is not a code violation.

Code Enforcement says it's good. Move on.

In order to be a driveway it needs a landing pad with 5'flairs. This is just a block of concrete and they intend to drive over the right of way (which requires a permit). You move on...

I'm just saying they said there was no violation. So if you have more information beyond "they're pouring a driveway," you might want to provide specifics in future posts.

In order to create a new driveway that crosses the right of way (sidewalk)you need a permit. You also need an approach with five foot flares at the street. This has neither an approach nor flares. If it did it would cross the property line. Without an approach or flares it is just a slab of concrete on the front yard. All this on top of the eyesore in a residential neighborhood. So tell me Slaghuis when you park your car on the street...how do you know where not to park?

What I'm saying is that what you are saying was not reported initially. The original report was general about "a 2nd driveway is being poured." If it's your barrio, report it with specifics and photos.
