Description

When the lanes were readjusted on Broad Street, the older North-Bound lanes were not removed. Most cars follow the old lanes which criss-cross with the newer ones. Since the new lines were painted I have had a steady stream of near misses and had my closest today, this is an accident waiting to happen.
