National Grid and Verizon are responsible for all telephone poles in the City of Brockton. The Highway Department will remove the signs along Torrey Street that have been placed on these poles. In regards to any other issues with signs being put on telephone poles, please contact National Grid and Verizon. Thank you for reporting this issue.
