The following is a response from MCDOT's Division of Highway Services:
Silver Spring Depot temporarily repaired the damaged curb with asphalt. Permanent repairs will be performed as future budget allocations allow. These repairs will be done with concrete and complete ten foot sections of curb will be replaced as needed.
