Description

Blinking yellow light/beacon on Main St/Exeter Rd intersection is out on the main st end that faces the schools. This light seems to go out on the same side once a year, the red light from Exeter Rd, the Yellow light from Charleston side seem to be working fine. It's a pretty old light, a brighter light should replace it.
