ok ,PLEASE explain how a crosswalk will stop the cars from not stopping at the stop sign on lowe street. cant wait for this answer.

It won't stop drivers from running the stop sign, but it will make pedestrians more visible. So, at least the bad drivers are less likely to take out a pedestrian.

Crosswalks also slow drivers down, as they create the sense that a pedestrian could step out in front of their car.
