These 4 people have been setting up camp either next to/under Gloss N Glam or across the street at Cafe Flore for weeks now. It has been reported to the non emergency police several times but they keep coming back. Blocking sidewalks and leaving large amounts of garbage behind. Please report these people to police if you see them camping in the area.
