Okay, so the ditch did not get cleaned out and now a 18 wheeler truck tried to turn around in our driveway and has run over and broken our water main. If the ditch had been cleaned out within a reasonable time the driver would have been able to see the ditch. This drainage ditch is so full of debris that you can't even tell that the ditch exists . Now we are without water to our residence. To add to the problem, the county trimmed all the shrubs along the road on Thursday and left all cuttings in the drainage ditch.
