This is a clear code violation with sumac trees growing in the DRIVEWAY. Kids frequently break into the house and property to have parties. The windows have been propped open for almost a year with a peanut butter jar! this attracts nuisance animals! The property is in Colonie and therefore if abandoned the bank must have on record the contact info for the care giver. This must be corrected or citations issued.
