Description

This dc government employee was so busy looking at his phone while driving they sat through an entire stoplight cycle, from red to green to red again. They missed a green light. When they realized they missed the green, they drove through a clearly red light at 7th and Pennsylvania Ave at 10:40am, Thursday August 6th.
