This is from 35th street, under the underpass, and up onto 37th. No houses, no numbers

I get the impression the neighbor hood is screaming for help. Posting on SCF doe's not work with anything "homeless" it seem to be a free pass to do what ever they want when even they want. Thank you advocates for constantly enabling them not fix there situation but to wallow in it. They love all the free stuff and when that runs out the just take what the want. Because its free.

Where is Ms. McElhaney in all this. West Oakland looks almost like a third world in some places. I'm fed up with the lack of respect that west Oakland gets. All that talk that MLK was going to be cleaned up was such a pile of /#@$

its THE WHOLE block, 35th street to 37th street all under the underpass on MLK

I reported this issue also. See that it's not an important issue I guess. This encampment and the one on 23RD & MLK is out of control. Issues have been constantly reported and takes months to address.

4 days now and getting worse! I agree with above comments, DISRESPECT, and I spoke with the Police as I was walking past the dump site. They were shooting a commercial in the park, and needed Police. They said now THERE IS a place to report dumpers, and get license and you might get a reward.
