The alleyway has been completely covered with waste, furniture, appliances. It has gotten to the point where it is even hard to access. I have left 3 messages with my rental company (Greater Richmond Rentals) in regards to this matter. The alleyway has remained like this for over a week. The uploaded photo is from 7/31/15. The current situation is A LOT worse. Hopefully this can get resolved in a timely fashion, because it definitely seems to be a health/building violation. Plus it is attracting a lot of unwanted guest digging throughout the trash. Thanks!
