Request a no parking sign within 15' be installed on telephone pole at south driveway exiting Avamere Rehab Parking lot... Big Safety Concern. Has been multiple accidents because drivers exiting Parking lot cannot see speeding drivers on 15th ave Southbound, due to Trucks parked right against driveway Has been multiple accidents.
