it looks worse this year then last year. it's been reported to the city and still nothing has been done.

There were squatters at this property and the city still have done nothing to the owners as far as selling, cleaning up whatever. Any suggestions. CLIP does not respond.

I can submit this to CLIP for trash and weeds. However, ivy would be considered a "cultivated" vine and they can't make the property owner remove the ivy. If there is a problem other than ivy please post it and I will submit the complaint
