City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 08/07/2015, service request # 596333.

They came and took the boxes but left a HUGE pile of trash all over the street. It was nasty and had a lot of diapers. LIke they dumped out the big things on the street to take them but did none of the actual work cleaning it up.
