Please also note that the staircase is in bad repair and the lattice under the front steps is being broken down by vegetation overgrowth. It is not acceptable that the owner only cuts the grass when somebody complains to the city, and does nothing about the building itself. It is also not acceptable that neighbors have to complain in order to get anything done. It's a blight on the neighborhood and a more permanent solution needs to be found.
