Description
Signal seems to think there is a huge amount of traffic on Oklahoma Ave - when there is none, causing significant backup and gridlock for westbound traffic on NE 6th coming off of 235 into downtown.
Signal also often had an exceptionally short green light for westbound traffic - allowing only a few vehicles to clear the intersection.
