Report transportation issues related to the recent record breaking snow fall in DC

I waited thirty minutes 30 for the Friendship Heights bus this morning - Feb. 15, 2010 at Eastern and Chillum roads NE. Had to walk from Chillum road all the way up to Riggs Road for the R2 bus. Notices/signs or something should be placed on the bus stop if this bus is NOT able to come down the street or will NOT be picking up people at that stop. Every one was NOT off today. What about tomorrow- 2/16- do I have to walk again 7 blocks to catch a bus to get to work? I am NOT a young woman- 55 years young. Any information that I receive will be helpful. Thank you in advance.
