Sharraxaadda

Saw a sharp object on the middle of the intersection when I drove by. Pretty dangerous if driving by without notice. Not sure if someone put it there on purpose or not, but had seen broken bottle glass (sharp) on around the block on Le Conte Ave on Sat as well.
