All this being of public record should others find this information they could take it to an attorney and get their money back as long as they shirk there duties on making him pay all the fees and fines for not doing what was required! As there is a loop whole where you can claim you didn't know and as long as you pay for the permits and other fees and fines they told me Keith will get away with it! Especially with there being a police report on the situation where it's noted I printed and gave Keith all the legal requirements for building his fence that included all details with step by step instruction on every little detail including required distance from property line.

THIS PHOTO CLEARLY SHOW THERE WAS NO EXISTING FENCE FOR KEITH TO REPLACE! WHERE IS THE OLD POST KEITH REPLANTED BY SUGGESTION OF Ms.Bridget Turner the City INSPECTOR IN CHARGE OF MY COMPLAINT!

Look MAGIC! There is an OLD POST!!!! HOW DID THAT GET THERE???? KEITH!!!!!!!

Even this ANGLE SHOWS NO POST WAS THERE!!!!!!!

In this straight on shot you can see the chain link fence I disconnected from my house, the dog kennel panel, but NO OLD POST accept to the left up front of the yard where it was before Keith Hacket replanted it!

THERE HASN'T BEEN NOTHING DONE STILL!!! The FENCE HASN"T MOVED AND NONE of the OTHER VIOLATION HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED.

No post here then but out of NO WHERE ONE APPEARED!!

Keith kept the post he fraudulently in place that he moved after I REPEATEDLY REMINDED HIM I HAD PICTURES OF THE PROPERTY FROM WHEN MY DAUGHTER OWNED IT AND FROM BEFORE THAT TOO AND HE ... I guess you'd say KNEW... HE'D GET AWAY WITH HIS LIES!!!!!! FIX THIS PLEASE!!!
