If I had a specific address I would have given it. These are sidewalks lining vast empty lots of nothing for entire blocks leading to the jail. I put the little pin on the map EXACTLY where the overgrowth is. It's not like it could be missed. It's overgrowing the sidewalks, the streets, and is 3 feet tall!
If I had the time to sit around on the phone trying to get someone to understand the issue, I would have done so. What is the point of giving the citizens a tool to report things if every time we use it, we get the response that we need to call. I work all damn day.
