Description

There's been a pile of garbage on the side of their house since they moved in a year ago, including a storage tote that has continued to fill with rain water and garbage creating a mildew, mold and mosquito haven. I've asked twice now if they could add it to the garbage they put on the street and it continues to sit there each week. It's extremely close to the side of my house so I get an abundance of cigarette butts in my yard and bombarded by mosquitoes any time I'm on that side of my house. Not to mention the lovely aroma of rotting garbage and mold that wafts into any window on that side of the house.
