Description

On the night of May 5, 2012, Saturday I noticed outside my third floor window at EdgeWater Apartments 2323 Race Street a Septa CCT Vehicle parked and was left running with lights on for approximately 4 hours. I am under the impression that SEPTA being a Transit Authority cannot withhold information as this seems to be the case after calling Customer Service. It seemed very mysterious after living here for three years and never noticing a non-profit/government vehicle parked in a private apartment building driveway clearly marked "No Parking" for that time period in the middle of the night. I also visited the local Philadelphia Police, FBI and City of Philadelphia News Bulletins thinking this is a joint team with local authorities for crime prevention. However I am unable to obtain any information and when inquiring I did not get any feedback.
